Busy so busy

Wonderfest is in a week! Still busy updating the France trip pics, finishing up a Hero TIE Fighter (ANH flavor), thrilling to Gordon’s mellower personality, finding interesting things in bell peppers, and still AMAZED that we hung out with Boris Williams…

Sunday!

Today we spent some time trying to get good photos with Gordon, who was in a spastic mood. Later, we had lunch in Severna Park for Gram’s birthday! Congrats once again to Jonathan and Bekah, who are getting married next year! YEAH!

Countdown to Wonderfest

Only a couple weeks until the big show! The blimp is done, and some of the pressure is off… but of course, I’m trying to finish a couple of other things. Meanwhile, cats!

So we’re fast approaching March 6th, the one year anniversary of when we got Gordon. Here is a look back at Gordon’s first year with us!

Space shoes and clear glasses, finally.

It’s been a pretty good week. The cats have been good, I’ve made some delicious food, we had a party for Jonathan’s birthday, and I’ve made some fun models – even broke one when the wind grabbed it out of a box filled with peanuts in my car, and onto the parking lot below – but it’s all better now! Also, I got some amazing glasses that I need to exchange for a better fit (they are CLEAR!!) and some incredible Nike DeLorean sneakers. Yes, I got my silver sneakers. All is good and right with the world.

Post Turkey coma

Hi gang, I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I am thankful for my wonderful family, friends, and life. One of the best years of my life, even with the last month’s expenses. I’m really looking forward to the Holidays, too. Now, if only I could figure out how to get to Japan again…. in the meantime, here’s some pics!

Halloween 2010

Halloween 2010 was a blast. We had a slightly anemic amount of trick or treaters, but the Wynns came over and we all enjoyed good food, which was great fun! I made chili & Asian roasted Brussels Sprouts, Lisa made cornbread, Jane made butternut squash, and we all enjoyed some sweet wine! Then, we passed out candy and Tom wore a gorilla suit with skull mask to scare some kids, heh. At the end of the evening, Lisa and I watched The Walking Dead!!!

Welcome to the new website!

Hey gang, it’s been a long busy month! We initiated a roof replacement, replaced a failed car transmission, and two furnace valves. I think we’re just exhausted now, lol. Here’s photos of the deluge we experienced that triggered our decision to get the roof replaced NOW, the leaking furnace situation and replaced valves, a GREAT hand in Infinite Cities, some adorable cat action, decadent food from Clementines, Matsuri, and our New York trip with even more food goodness!
